Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of seomasteryagency.com and all services provided by SEO Mastery Agency. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SEO Mastery Agency provides digital marketing and search engine optimisation services including technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, paid search management, link building and analytics configuration. All services are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not applicable.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website and payment is processed via Stripe. Full payment is required before work commences for one-time projects. Monthly plan billing recurs on the date of initial purchase unless cancelled with 30 days notice.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified per service and are measured from the date of order confirmation and access provision. Timelines may be extended if client access, approvals or feedback are delayed beyond 5 business days.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to required platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS, Ad accounts) and timely feedback. Delays caused by late client responses do not constitute grounds for refund.

5. Results Disclaimer

SEO Mastery Agency applies industry best practices and data-driven methods. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all original content and strategy documents produced for a client become the client's property. Our proprietary methodologies, tools and templates remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential. We will not disclose your campaign data or performance figures without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
