Yes. All SEO, content, analytics and paid search services are delivered entirely remotely and digitally. You receive deliverables, reports, and strategies via email and shared documents. We serve clients across the US and internationally.
The Starter and Growth packages have a 3-month minimum engagement. SEO is a long-term investment and 3 months is the minimum period in which meaningful results become visible. The Authority package has no minimum commitment.
Yes. While we are based in Powell, TN, we work with clients across the United States. About half of our current client base is outside Tennessee. SEO, content, analytics and paid search work is location-independent.
Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Business Profile if you have them, plus access to your CMS for technical recommendations. We handle the rest. If you do not have these set up, we can do that as part of onboarding.
No. All plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice before pausing or stopping a campaign so we can document the work and hand things over cleanly, but there is no minimum commitment period.
Yes. We can share an anonymised example report during a call so you can see exactly what you will receive each month before you commit to anything.
Typically Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in some cases read-only access to your CMS for on-page implementation. For technical work we may need developer access or we can produce recommendations for your own dev team to implement.
We write it. Every content piece in a Content SEO engagement is produced by us, briefed, written, optimised and delivered ready to publish. If you prefer to write your own content with our guidance that can be arranged as a reduced scope.
Payment is collected via Stripe at checkout. You will receive a receipt from Stripe. For monthly plans, billing recurs on the same day each month. One-time projects and add-ons are billed once.
We address performance issues proactively, not reactively. If a campaign is underperforming we identify the cause, communicate it clearly and propose an adjustment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which covers specific circumstances where work has not commenced or has been fundamentally mis-scoped.
