All services are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not applicable.
Delivery Method
All services and deliverables are provided digitally. This includes strategy documents delivered via PDF or Google Docs, analytics reports delivered via email or shared dashboard, on-page SEO changes implemented directly on the client's website, content delivered as draft documents or directly published, and link building reports delivered monthly by email.

Timeline Conditions
All timelines commence from the date order confirmation is received AND required access has been granted. Timelines may be extended where client feedback or approvals are delayed beyond 5 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively.
Monthly Plans
Monthly retainer plans are active from the first payment date. Core deliverables for each cycle are completed and reported within the same calendar month. Monthly reports are sent within 5 working days of month end.
